Email grievance

a) Server with a dedicated g-mail account running in a continuous loop.

b) On receiving grievance e-mail extract e-mail body, formulate prompt and use RAG based Retrieval Q&A from company document repository.

c) Respond to user query via user e- mail.

d) In case of inadequate/incomplete answer, respond to user with CC to appropriate authorised e-mails admin@, HR@, Finance@, etc.
